- Please note that the above timeline and cancellation charges may vary depending on the where the booking is made in accordance with the concerned Hotel policy and the booking confirmation voucher issued. The Customer is therefore advised to check with the agents of the Swapnagandha Resort Pvt Ltd customer care center in relation to the cancellation charges and timeline.
- Any delay or cancellation of hotel booking on account of cancellation of flights or any other transport arrangement due to bad weather or other natural cause will be liable for cancellation charges as mentioned above. Resort has right to revise / suspend any tariff/ Package offered at any point of time.

Shorten stay is subject to whole period charge whether or not you stay the whole period. If you know that you are changing your plan, please contact us as early as possible to minimize the charge by the hotel.
